1. Order Confirmation & Access
Upon successful payment, you will:

  • Receive an email confirmation from Fungies, our secure checkout platform.
  • Be redirected to a ZIP download (if applicable) containing:
    • Submission instructions
    • Case notes or templates to get started
  • Receive a welcome email within 5 to 15 minutes from MotivationFeedback.com
    (Check spam/junk folders if you don’t see it.)

This email contains full guidance on how to submit your first task and make the most of your plan.

2. Delivery Timeframes
All services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products shipped.

⏱ Writing Corrections
Delivery time is based on your chosen turnaround:

  • 24 Hours
  • 48 Hours
  • 72 Hours

The countdown begins once we receive your writing submission (not at the time of purchase).

3. Submission Guidelines
To ensure smooth delivery, please follow these rules:

  • ✅ Submit only one writing task per 24 hours
  • 📅 Our correction team operates Friday through Tuesday
  • 🚫 We are closed Wednesdays and Thursdays
  • ⏰ Final submission on Tuesdays must be received by 9:00 PM CET
  • ⏳ All writing credits must be used within 180 days (see Terms)

4. Delivery of Online Courses & Digital Downloads
If your order includes a course or downloadable guide:

  • 📥 Access is granted immediately after payment
  • 🎓 Courses are self-paced unless stated otherwise
  • 📄 All PDFs, guides, and templates are considered delivered once downloaded or accessed

5. Delivery Issues & Troubleshooting
If you did not receive your confirmation email, ZIP file, or welcome message:

6. Non-Delivery Situations
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect email addresses
  • Missed deadlines from late submissions
  • Non-delivery caused by spam filters or inbox issues
  • Expired writing credits not used within 180 days
