Thank you for choosing WritingCorrectionService.com, a digital service provided by ScotMac LLC, operating under the MotivationFeedback.com platform. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be granted for writing corrections, digital downloads, AI services, and online courses.

1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of instant-access digital services, all sales are final. By purchasing any product or service on our platform, you agree to this policy.

However, exceptions may apply under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Writing Corrections – Non-Refundable Once Submitted
Our writing correction services involve manual feedback and AI-powered tools and are delivered digitally. Therefore:

  • Once a writing task is submitted, the service is considered rendered, and is non-refundable
  • Our correction schedule is Friday through Tuesday only
  • One submission per 24 hours is allowed
  • The final weekly submission must be received by Tuesday 9:00 PM CET
  • All writing credits expire after 180 days – unused credits will not be refunded

📌 Reminder: No services are available on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Please plan your submissions accordingly.

3. Digital Products & Online Courses
We do not issue refunds for the following once accessed or downloaded:

  • Self-paced or live online courses
  • Training eBooks, guides, or PDF templates
  • AI-generated writing feedback or analysis
  • Submission instruction documents

Instant access is granted after payment, which is considered delivery. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance unless technical issues apply (see Section 4).

Live Training Sessions:

    • Sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
    • Missed or late-cancelled sessions are non-refundable

4. Exceptions & Eligibility for Refund
We will only consider refunds under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Orders: If you were charged more than once for the same product
  • Technical Access Issues: If the product could not be accessed due to a verified issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it
  • Billing Errors: You must notify us within 7 days of the charge for review

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
We kindly ask customers to contact us before filing any chargebacks or disputes.

  • If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us:
  • Access to our services may be suspended
  • Future purchases may be denied

Our secure payment provider is Fungies, which processes transactions on our behalf and handles dispute investigations if required.
