WritingCorrectionService.com offers digital services including:

• OET and IELTS writing correction services
• AI-assisted writing feedback
• Online courses and self-study materials
• Digital products (eBooks, training templates, PDF guides)

All products are delivered digitally via email, online access, or through the MotivationFeedback.com platform. No physical products are shipped.

2. User Responsibilities
By accessing our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering or placing an order
• Follow submission guidelines for writing corrections
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial educational use
• Not redistribute or resell our materials

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

3. Submission Guidelines & Expiry Policy
To maintain service quality for all clients:

• One submission per day per user
• Corrections are processed Friday through Tuesday (closed Wednesdays & Thursdays)
• Final weekly submission deadline: Tuesday 9:00 PM (EU time)
• Credit validity: All writing correction credits expire after 180 days

❗ No refunds will be issued for unused or expired credits.

4. Delivery Policy
Upon successful payment:

• You’ll receive an email confirmation with a PDF outlining submission steps
• Access to digital courses or materials is granted immediately
• Writing corrections are delivered within 24h / 48h / 72h, depending on the selected turnaround

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the nature of digital content. Refunds are only granted for:

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical access errors
• Billing/payment system mistakes

Corrections and courses are non-refundable once accessed. Please review our Refund Policy before purchase.

6. AI-Assisted Services
We may use or offer AI-enhanced tools to assist in writing feedback:

• AI feedback is optional and can be paired with expert teacher reviews
• AI-generated outputs may lack contextual nuance
• Customers understand this feedback supplements – but does not replace – human instruction

7. Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal, and Fungies
• WritingCorrectionService.com does not store any credit card data
• Pricing is in USD, and customers are responsible for local taxes/VAT

🔒 Payments are securely managed via Fungies as the merchant of record.

8. Live Lessons & Course Access

• Online course access is granted instantly after payment
• Live classes must be attended on schedule
• We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session
• Missed sessions are non-refundable

9. Intellectual Property
All services, content, and feedback provided by WritingCorrectionService.com remain the intellectual property of ScotMac LLC and MotivationFeedback.com.

10. Service Changes & Termination
