Submission days and how to send your letter

  • Send any day — we correct Friday 9:00 AM to Tuesday 9:00 PM Cairo time. A letter sent while we are closed joins the Friday morning queue, and you are told the exact time it reaches your teacher. Letters received by Tuesday 9:00 PM keep their full turnaround. One letter a day.
  • Your own letters page — right after payment you get your page (and an email with the link). Paste or photograph the case notes and your letter: typed text, Word, PDF or a photo of a handwritten page. Typed letters get an instant AI score; your correction, marks and progress come back to the same page.
  • Case notes: use your own, or message us on WhatsApp and we will send you a set.
